We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-14 days of production time for your order to ship out, the average shipping time is 4-14 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We will give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all the names and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wants to cancel an order, contact blackstarcocoa@gmail.com within 24 hours. If it’s already shipped then the order can’t be canceled.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply double check your order confirmation email to see what you put on there. Once you double check and the information is wrong, kindly notify us via email at blackstarcocoa@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. If we don't hear back within 24 hours, the product will be shipped to that address.

Why did my product melt during shipment?
During spring and summer time, the weather gets really hot and that can cause your product to melt during shipment. If you get your product and it's melted, don't worry it is still good because it does not lose its quality just because it's melted.
What should I do if my product melts and how to prevent it from melting?
Watch your tracking number closely. If you are not home, arrange to have your package collected by a neighbor, family member or friend as soon as it is deposited in your mailbox.
The Good Shea and Whipped Shea: *Place them in the refrigerator.* During extremely hot weather.
When a product is whipped, it adds tiny air bubbles just like how whipping cream is and that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the butter light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full.
Some customers tried scooping out the butter and whip it back up with an electric whisk beater and that gave it back the whipped texture. The butter has to be very cold for this to work.
