Storage: Please keep all Black Stars Cocoa products stored at room temperature or in a cool place. Since most of our ingredients are butter-based, high heat (over 70F) may cause products to melt and lose its texture. If your product melts, don’t worry, you can put it in the fridge for it to solidify again, although it will not look like how it was when whipped.
Shelf life: 6 months to 1 year.
